Residents can take their waste to any site.
Open to the residents of Brudenell, Lyndoch & Raglan and Madawaska Valley.
In 2016, the Municipality implemented the new bin and garbage tag system at the waste site and transfer stations. At that time, new GREEN Waste Disposal Access Cards were issued to the registered owner of each residential, commercial and industrial property. As of July 2021, owners of vacant properties or properties with non-assessed travel trailers may request a disposal access card by calling or visiting the municipal office. Landlords are responsible for ensuring their tenants receive a card.
All residents shall present a valid Waste Disposal Access Card before entering the Waste Disposal Site and must provide additional information if requested by the Attendant or any other person appointed by the Township. Any resident who does not present a valid Waste Disposal Access Card or refuses to provide additional identification when requested shall be denied entry to the Waste Disposal Site.
If you have lost or misplaced your GREEN Waste Disposal Access Card, you can purchase a replacement card at the Municipal Office for a $10.00 fee.

Garbage bag tags are available for purchase for $2.00 each at the following locations:
- Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan Municipal Office
- Brudenell, Lyndoch and Ragan Waste Sites
- Hannah’s Foodmart (Palmer Rapids)
Garbage bags or refuse containers must have a Municipal garbage bag tag affixed to each one unless disposal includes an equal amount of recyclables.
GARBAGE MUST BE IN CLEAR GARBAGE BAGS. The recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins once at the waste site.
Construction and/or demolition waste is accepted ONLY at the Brudenell Waste Site.
If you are bringing construction/demolition waste to the Waste Site, please bring a Contractor Authorization Permit with you and present it upon entering.
White goods such as stoves, ovens, hot water heaters, water tanks, washing machines, clothes dryers and similar such items, goods and materials are accepted at no charge.
Appliance doors must be removed prior to being deposited in the waste disposal site.
Freon-containing white goods will now be accepted at the Brudenell Waste Site however there will be a charge of $50.00 per white good for Freon removal.
No fee will be charged if the Freon is removed prior to being taken to the Waste Site but the Freon has to have been removed by a qualified professional with a valid ODP/ODS card and must be tagged properly. The appliance door must be removed.
Freon-containing appliances include: refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and water coolers.
